Dennis Hanson
As Vice President of Housing and Residential Services, Dennis brings a grounded, people-first approach to supporting individuals and families in need of safe, affordable, stable housing. With over 32 years of experience in affordable housing, supportive services, and nonprofit leadership, Dennis focuses on creating welcoming, inclusive communities where residents feel respected and empowered.
Known for blending strategy with compassion, Dennis oversees a range of residential programs—everything from transitional housing and community based residential facilities to permanent supportive solutions—while working closely with community partners, staff, and residents to ensure services are not only effective, but human-centered.
When not advocating for creation of new affordable housing, enhancing services in residential programming or housing equity, Dennis enjoys fishing, woodworking and spending time with family and stays inspired by the everyday resilience of the communities LSS serves and our staff who support them.
Dr. Angela Smith
Dr. Angela Smith brings over 30 years of expertise in property management to her role as Director of Program Services – Tax Credit Housing. A seasoned professional and Licensed Real Estate Broker, she has dedicated her career to advancing affordable housing initiatives, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks, and fostering strong, supportive communities.
With a proven record of leadership in tax credit housing programs, Dr. Smith combines her deep industry knowledge with a passion for service excellence. Her extensive background spans operations management, compliance oversight, staff development, and strategic planning.
Jackie Pittman
Jackie Pittman has worked in the affordable housing industry for over 10 years, beginning her career as a Property Manager at a 72-unit low-income housing community. Through dedication and leadership, she has advanced into her current role as Regional Manager, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of properties spanning from Northern Wisconsin in Marinette to the western region of La Crosse and as far south as Madison.
Jackie holds several industry certifications, including HCCP, COS, and CAM, and has extensive experience across LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, supportive housing, and market-rate communities. Her career has included roles as a Property Manager, Area Manager, and now Regional Manager, equipping her with a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities in affordable housing.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys reading, puzzles, and riding motorcycles. She has been married for 20 years and loves spending time with her three children, who inspire her daily to lead with compassion, resilience, and integrity.
Tanganika Leach
Tanganika joined LSS Property Management in April 2003. For over 20 years, Tanganika has worked in the affordable housing industry, specializing in LIHTC, and HUD Section 8 programs including PRAC 202 and PRAC 811.
Her expertise includes compliance auditing, program integrity monitoring, and direct oversight of the HUD property management team.
She holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts and Science from Springfield College. Tanganika holds several certifications including COS, HCCP.
She is an integral part of the technological progress within the team, mentors all employees as well as provides strategic movement to improve processes, procedures and efficiencies within LSS Housing.
Jacky Leverance
Jacky oversees the LIHTC compliance requirements throughout the LSS Housing portfolio: ranging from state agency audits, investor reviews, assisting site teams with processing proper tenant files as well as assisting with lease-ups. The team looks to her for set up or guidance on technology, marketing, strategies and systems, accounting assistance as well as helping develop the team. She has over 15 years of property management experience and holds her C3P, COS and Compliance Auditor certifications as well as being a licensed real estate agent.

Corrianne Pace
Corrianne Pace joined Lutheran Social Services in 2025 as a Regional Program Manager for HUD Programs. With over a decade of progressive experience in affordable housing, she is recognized for her leadership, compliance expertise, and dedication to fostering resident-centered communities.
Throughout her career, Corrianne has successfully managed large and complex housing portfolios, ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, PBRA, and HOME program regulations while driving operational excellence. Her broad expertise spans compliance auditing, staff supervision, training and development, budget and financial management, vendor relations, and marketing and leasing strategies.
Corrianne is committed to strengthening communities through equitable housing solutions and effective program management. She holds certifications in HCV & Public Housing Rent Calculation, Tax Credit Compliance Specialist, Fundamentals of LIHTC Management, and HOTMA.
Reneecia Morgan
Reneecia joined LSS Property Management in April 2023, where she leverages over 15 years of experience working in the affordable housing industry. She specializes in LIHTC, HOME and HUD Section 8 programs. Reneecia excels in compliance auditing, budgeting, program integrity monitoring, lease-ups of newly constructed and rehabbed properties, and direct oversight of our Milwaukee area property management team.
Since joining LSS Property Management, Reneecia has brought her strategic insight and passion for affordable housing to the team. Holding a Master's in Strategic Management from UW-Platteville, Reneecia is also a certified Compliance Auditor and a State of Wisconsin Notary Public.
With her extensive experience and commitment to delivering high-quality results, Reneecia is a trusted servant leader in the affordable housing industry.
Derek Moran
Derek Moran serves as Director of Housing Services for LSS Property Management, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for HUD properties throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. In this role, Derek is also responsible for Facilities Management operations and leads key housing partnerships with Homelessness and Veteran Homelessness Programs, ensuring safe, sustainable, and supportive housing for the communities LSS serves.
A proud graduate of Southern Illinois University, Derek brings more than a decade of experience at LSS to his work. He is a dedicated servant leader known for his compassionate, people-centered approach, balancing professionalism with approachability. Derek fosters a relaxed, collaborative work environment that empowers teams to do their best work, and his commitment to mission-driven service and strong partnerships plays a vital role in advancing LSS’s housing initiatives and long-term impact.
