Service Coordination

We have successfully partnered with established developers to increase the affordable housing stock through participation in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs administered by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).

LSS assures elderly residents and non-elderly residents with disabilities are linked to the specific supportive services needed to continue living independently. Program Benefits

Assist residents, especially those frail/at risk age in place
